I am the facilities director at a couple different buildings, I have had Greg out multiple times to fix plumbing issues. For example he fixed a water heater for me and rebuilt a commercial mixing valve. He did these things flawlessly and in a short time. I got a little too ambitious with some DIY projects and he was at my house in less than 24 hours, was super up-front about pricing, and helped out more than I expected to during his visit -- I originally had him out with some help hanging a light but he was able to help with some plumbing, too.
